ZD31B Hotel is a friendly place. These rules keep it that way for everyone.

1. Be kind. No bullying, harassment, hate, threats or spamming other players.
2. Keep it clean. No sexual, violent or shocking content in chat, rooms, names or mottos. Players must be 13 or older. Public chat, room names and mottos are checked automatically, and a person reviews anything that gets flagged.
3. Keep personal details private. Never share your password, address, phone number, school or social media logins - and never ask others for theirs.
4. No scams and no real money. No tricking people in trades, no selling coins, furni or accounts for real money.
5. No cheating. No bots, scripts, hacks or abusing bugs. Found a bug? Tell us instead.
6. One player, one set of rewards. Do not use extra accounts to collect rewards more than once.
7. No advertising other hotels or websites.
8. Listen to staff. If you disagree with a decision, ask politely through support.

Breaking a rule can lead to a warning, a mute, being kicked from a room or the hotel, or a ban - depending on how serious it is. Think a ban was a mistake? Appeal it - someone who did not give the ban looks at it.

• Staff will never ask for your password. Anyone who does is not staff - report them.
• Do not meet people from the hotel in real life, and tell someone you trust if anything makes you uncomfortable.
• Trading: look at both sides before you accept, every item and every number. Trades cannot be undone. Nobody on staff will ever ask you to hand over items, and "I will give it back" is the oldest scam there is. Prices that look too good usually are.
• To report a player, click them in the game and choose Report, or use Contact support.

• ZD31B Hotel is free, fan-made and run for fun. It is not affiliated with Sulake or Habbo.
• Coins, duckets, diamonds and furni are part of the game only. They have no money value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• We try hard to keep the hotel running, but it can be offline at times, and items or prices may change.
• Accounts that break the rules can be muted, banned or closed.
