Welcome to ZD31B Hotel! It runs in your browser on a computer, tablet or phone - nothing to install.

1. Create your avatar on the Register page (it takes a minute).
2. Press Enter the hotel. The game opens in its own browser tab, so this website stays open next to it.
3. You arrive in the Grand Lobby with 10,000 coins to spend. Say hi!

• Walk: click or tap a floor tile.
• Chat: type in the box at the bottom and press Enter. Click another player to see their profile, add them as a friend or send a message.
• Toolbar (bottom left): your avatar opens the Me menu (your profile, achievements, rooms, clothes and settings). The hotel icon takes you back to the Home screen, then come the Navigator (find rooms), the Shop and your Inventory.
• Friends are at the bottom right. Friend lists are unlimited for everyone.

• Coins buy furni, rares and ZD31B Club. Everyday furni costs only a few coins.
• Duckets buy rare clothes and some special items.
• Diamonds are the premium currency for the biggest rares.

How to earn them (all free):

• Every hour you play: 1,000 coins, 600 duckets and 3 diamonds. You need to be in a room and active (not on the Home screen or away).
• Daily reward: claim it on My profile or the homepage: 500 coins and up, growing with your streak, plus 2 diamonds (+10 on every 7th day in a row).
• Vote: vote for the hotel on FindRetros once a day from the homepage for +100 coins and +25 diamonds.
• ZD31B Club members get 1.5x hourly rewards, a Payday and a gift box every month. What the club gives you

• Find rooms: open the Navigator. Public lists the hotel's own rooms (Grand Lobby, Stone Chapel Gardens, Alpine Lodge, Sunset Cafe, Sunny Lido, Mega Mall and Club Nova, plus the Grand Theatre and Games Arena for events); All Rooms shows rooms built by players.
• Your own room: Navigator, then My World, then create a room. Pick a layout and a name.
• Decorate: buy furni in the Shop, open your Inventory and drag items into your room. Click a piece to move, rotate or pick it up.
• The bots in the public rooms welcome you and answer when you greet or thank them by name (try "hi Aurora" in the Grand Lobby).

• New here? Take the one-minute tour in the hotel (it starts by itself, or press Take the tour on the Home screen) and get 500 coins plus the First Day badge.
• Daily quests on the star button in the hotel and on My profile: a new mix every day that grows with you, from Newcomer to Legend, with bigger goals, more pay and an all-done bonus.
• Invite friends with your link on My profile: when they have played 5 hours you both get 1,000 coins.
• Events are announced on the news and with hotel alerts. Battle Banzai rounds run in the Games Arena, shows in the Grand Theatre. The Grand Lobby dresses up for every big holiday.
• What's new: a short note pops up when something changes for you, and everything is listed on What's new.
• Treasure hunt: a hidden tile is waiting somewhere in the public rooms. The hint is on the Home screen and the lobby board. Be the first to stand on it and you win coins and the Treasure Hunter badge.
• Monthly specials: every month the Shop gets its own three rares, and they never come back the same way. Holidays add a seasonal page for the same weeks as the lobby decorations.
• Surprise drops: a limited page of valuable furni, often discounted, appears in the Shop with no warning and vanishes a day or so later. Check the Shop often.
• Monthly awards: the team picks a Best Builder and a Most Helpful Player each month. Winners get a badge, coins and a thank-you on the news. Room of the week gets its own badge too.
• Trading: Mega Mall has trading tables. Read trading safely first.
• ZD31B Club chat bubbles: club members can pick from about 30 extra chat bubble styles in the chat box.
• Made a video about ZD31B? Join the creator program. Want to help run the hotel? Join the team when applications are open.

• Someone being mean? Click the player and choose Report in the menu above their head. Staff see it straight away.
• Need a person? Use Contact support. Staff reply by email.
• Forgot your password? Use Reset password. Change it any time on My profile.
• Banned by mistake? Appeal the ban - a senior staff member reviews it. Is the hotel down? Check the status page.
• Stay safe: never share your password or personal details. Staff will never ask for your password. Read the hotel rules and our privacy notice.
