Staff keep ZD31B fun, friendly and safe. All staff are volunteers - you help because you love the hotel. Every new staff member does a short training before starting.

• Event Staff: Plan and host events and games, keep the hotel lively. Reports to the Owner.
• Support: Help players, answer questions and reports, welcome newcomers. First step of the moderation team.
• Moderator: Keep rooms safe and friendly, handle reports, mute and ban fairly. Usually promoted from Support.

Requirements: an account at least 30 days old and 25 hours of play time, no active bans.
